Facts About Grandeur

Regent Seven Seas Cruises newest ship, Grandeur, was built at the Fincantieri Shipyard in Anacona, Italy at a cost of $450,000,000. She is 735 feet long and 102 feet wide with 373 suites with balconies and a passenger capacity of 746 with a crew compliment of 548. Her first cruise was on November 18, 2023 from Trieste (Venice), Italy to Barcelona. We are boarding her on November 25th in Barcelona for a 14 night transatlantic cruise to Miami. When she arrives in Miami we have been invited to remain onboard for a 4 night invitation only christening cruise.

Packing Day

 

        We are not flying to Dallas until Monday, 20th, but got most of our packing done on Friday, 17th.  Have some football to watch on Saturday and Sunday.  Just taking 3 pieces of luggage that we will be checking on the airlines each weighing 45 pounds.  Also our carry-on's.  After all, this is a 25 day trip!  LOL
        Spending a couple nights with good friends, Kaye & Carl Hill, before catching our American Airlines flight on 22nd to Barcelona, Spain.  DFW airport will probably be a mad house the day before Thanksgiving.
